BAYSIDE — Police were looking for a missing man who they said was last seen at his Waters Edge Drive residence July 20.
Shane Tarr, 35, was described as a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 230 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes, police said.
